How the day goes

No screens, no rushing. Just your people, the water and a meal you caught yourselves.

Check in with your reference, collect wristbands, head for the pond. The music starts as the first line hits the water.

Catch together

Up to 3 fish per adult, 2 per child. Little ones fish alongside a parent — that first pull is the photo you'll keep.

Pickleball

Two courts, fifteen minutes each. Choose your time when you book so nobody stands in line. Paddles provided.

Lunch

We cook, you eat

Hand in your catch, pick fried, foil-roasted or steamed — as many of the three as you like — then sit down and eat together.

With only 1,000 fish ready, places close when the pond is spoken for. Booking and paying online is the only way to hold yours. Wear something you don't mind getting wet, bring a hat and water, and bring a rod if you own one.

Good to know

Do we need our own rod?

No. Lines and bait are provided, and there are hands to help anyone who has never fished before. Bring your own rod if you'd rather use it.

Can small children take part?

Yes — children fish alongside a parent, and the catch counts toward their own allowance. Every party needs at least one adult.

What should we wear?

Something you don't mind getting wet, closed shoes, a hat. Bring water and sunscreen. Seating and shade are on site.

How long should we stay?

As long as you like between 10:00am and late afternoon. Most families catch in the morning, eat around midday and stay for the music.

What if it rains?

We'll message everyone who booked with the plan for the day. If the event is called off, online payments are refunded in full.

Can we pay at the gate?

You can, but the place isn't held. With a limited number of fish, paid bookings come first.
